Mechanism:
The Egxm2 type solid furnace unloader adopts hydraulic transmission, with one hydraulic station and one oil pump providing centralized oil supply, and each toothed roller is equipped with a set of oil cylinders. Under the push of the oil cylinder, the swing rod installed at the transmission end of the toothed roller swings around the center of the toothed roller in a positive and negative 36 degree motion. A pair of claws on the swing rod push the ratchet wheel installed on the toothed roller shaft - when swinging forward, it rotates by 36 degrees. When swinging in the negative direction, the toothed roller stops, and the pawl slides backwards through one tooth of the ratchet wheel. The toothed roller rotates intermittently in a unidirectional manner. Every ten swings of the swing rod, the toothed roller rotates by 360 degrees, repeating the cycle.
In order to improve its service life, the body, toothed rollers, and seals of the unloader are all equipped with a water-cooled system.
